Karnaphuli Insurance approves 10 per cent cash dividend: The Board of Directors of Karnaphuli Insurance Company Limited approved 10 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders. The decision was taken at its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday through digital platform. Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Director Sabita Ferdoushi, Riaz Uddin Ahmed, Lt. Col. M. Shamsuddin Ahmed (Retd.), NC Rudra, Independent Director Professor Md. Ansar Ali, Md. Yousuf Ali Howlader, Mohammad Ahsan Ibne Kabir and Chief Executive Officer A N M Fazlul Karim Munshi were also attend the meeting. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2019. Shareholders are satisfied with company’s growth earning and increased of total asset.
