Dhaka Insurance approved 15pc cash dividend: Dhaka Insurance Limited approved 15 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 31st December, 2019. The 20th Annual General Meeting of the company held through digital platform on Thursday and took the decision, said a press release. Hamida Rahman, Chairman, Fazlur Rahman (CIP), founder Chairman, Shampa Rahman, Vice -Chairman, Biswajit Saha, Prodip Karan, AKM Kamruzzaman, M Mofizul Islam, Director, Muhammad Abdus Samad, Barrister Md. Hasan Rajib Prodhan, Independent Director, AQM Wazed Ali, Managing Director and other high officials of the company were also joined the programme.
