BD Finance approves 12pc dividend: BD Finance Limited approved6 percent stock and 6 percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2020 for the shareholders of the company. The declaration came out at its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held through virtually on Wednesday, said a press release. Iqbal U Ahmed, Vice Chairman of the company presided over the meeting where Md. Asaduzzaman Khan, Golam Hafiz Ahmed, Shahnaz Rashid, Geasuddin Ahmed, Yousuf Aman, Imtiyaj Yousuf, Md. Rokonuzzaman, Directors, Md. Kyser Hamid, Managing Director & CEO and Md. Sajjadur Rahman Bhuiyan, CFO and Munshi Abu Naim, Secretary of the company were also attended the meeting.
