Paramount Textile approves 10pc cash dividend: Paramount Textile PLC, approved 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June, 2022. The declaration came out through its 16th Annual General Meeting held virtually recently. Chairman of the company Anita Haque presided over the meeting. Shakhawat Hossain, Managing Director, other directors and a large number of shareholders of the company were also present in the meeting. Member’s presence praised for investment in Power Plants, BMRE expansion to ensure financial stability of the company in the coming days.

Hamid Fabrics approves 5pc cash dividend: Hamid Fabrics Limited approves 5 percent cash dividend for its general shareholders. The approval was came out through its 28th Annual General Meeting held virtually recently. AHM Mozammel Hoque, Chairman of the Board of directors of the company presided over the meeting. Managing Director Abdullah Al Mahmud as well as members of the board joined the meeting. All agenda including the declation of 5 percent cash dividend for the general shareholders only were approved in the meeting, which was conducted by Company Secretary ASM Mijanur Rahman.

IDCOL receives highest taxpayer award from NBR: Infrastructure Development Company Ltd (IDCOL) received highest taxpayer award from the National Board of Revenue (NBR). IDCOL has been awarded the first position under the non-bank financial institution category for the Tax Year 2021-2022, reads a press release. NBR also presented tax cards in favour of Sharifa Khan, Chairman, IDCOL & Alamgir Morshed, Executive Director & CEO, IDCOL. AHM Mustafa Kamal, Minister of the Ministry of Finance was present as the chief guest of the award-giving ceremony. Abu Hena Md.
