AB Bank opens its sub-branch at Burichang: AB Bank Limited inaugurated its sub-branch at Burichang, Comilla on Tuesday. The sub-branch is located at Office Road, Takwa Plaza, Burichang, according to a press release. Tarique Afzal, president and managing director of AB Bank Limited inaugurated the sub-branch through video conference from the bank’s head office. Comilla Branch Manager of AB Bank Limited, other bank officials along with local dignitaries were present during the inauguration at the new sub-branch premises.

FSIBL holds its Half Yearly Business Review Conference: First Security Islami Bank Limited holds its Half Yearly Business Review Conference held through virtually on Monday. Managing Director of the bank Syed Waseque Md. Ali, presided over the conference while Abdul Aziz a, Muhammad Mustafa Khair, Additional Managing Directors, Md. Zahurul Haque, Md. Under the deal, customers of more than 200 microfinance institutions (MFIs) that use technology and software solutions of DataSoft will get the opportunity to repay instalments of microcredit timely through bKash. Meanwhile, management of instalment collection has become easier and more effective for the lenders. Top officials from both sides were present.
