ICICL holds its 23th AGM: The 23th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Islami Commercial Insurance Company Limited (ICICL) held recently through virtually while the chairperson of the company Shahida Anowar presided over the meeting. Nusrat Jahan Tania, Israt Jahan Sume, Ashik Hossain, Directors, Mohammed Ayub Hossain, Independent Directors, Md. Anowar Hossain, Chief Adviser, Mir Nazim Uddin Ahmed,Chief Executive Officer of the company, were present. In the meeting, the audited accounts of the company for the year ended on 31st December, 2022 alongwith directors report were presented and after deliberation at length the same was adopted, said a press release.

Under the deal, EBL to avail Ria’s money transfer service.
