M. Khorshed Anowar, DMD and Head of Retail and SME Banking of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) and Emrah Karaka, General Manager- Bangladesh of Turkish Airlines, signed an agreement in the capital recently. Under the deal, EBL cardholders will enjoy special discounts on fares of the airlines. Md. Standard Bank introduces four new deposit products: Standard Bank Limited has launched Shari’ah-based four new deposit schemes to meet the growing customer demand and expand its range of services. The four deposit products are Nobabi- Mudaraba Millionaire Plus, Ameer- Mudaraba Kotipoti Plus, Sohojei Digun- Mudaraba Double Scheme & Uparjon- Mudaraba Monthly Income. Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, inaugurates the products at the banks head office in the capital recently. Mohammad Mohon Miah, Md. Siddiqur Rahman, DMDs, Ali Reza, acting Company Secretary and other high officials of the bank were present.
