Community police forum meet held at Rajasthali

A meeting of the Rajasthali Upazila Community Policing Forum was held at the Rajashtali Police Complex conference room on Wednesday. Superintendent of Police Sayeed Tariqul Hasan was chief guest at the meeting organised by local police administration.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Rasajthali Police Station Ohidul Alam chaired the meeting, while Chairman of Rajasthali Upazila Parishad Uthinasina Marma, Member of Rangamati District Council Chanmuni Tangchangya, Rajasthali Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Sujan Chowdhury, Vice-Chairman of the Upazila Parishad Annuci Marma, Woman Vice-Chairman Kraisui Marma, local Union Parishad Chairman Ubaching Marma, Dipmoy Chakma, leader of Community Policing Shamshul Alam, and journalist Haradon Karmakar also spoke at the meeting.
After the meeting, flashlights and umbrellas were distributed among the members of different community policing forums and village police, and mobile phone sets were given to the female members of community policing forum.
Later, a helpdesk for women and children was opened at Rajasthali Police Station, and fish fingerlings were released in the police station pond.
