“Rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions,” Met office said. Day and night temperatures may fall slightly over the country.

The low-pressure area over south Andaman Sea and adjoining area intensified into a well-marked low and now lies over Southeast Bay and adjoining Andaman Sea. It is likely to move west-northwestwards and intensify further.
