Rupam Islam greets James by touching his feet

Two rock stars James of Bangladesh and India’s Rupam Islam of the band ‘Fossils’ are currently in Sydney, Australia, to entertain the audience with their songs.

Upon reaching Sydney, Rupam met James. He expressed his excitement about performing on the same stage with his favourite artiste. After meeting James, he touched his feet and greeted him.

He himself published a video on his Facebook page. In that video, Rupam said, “There is a great guru standing next to me, I call him a great guru. I got a different vibe from listening to his songs since childhood.

Not just my generation – an entire country, an entire generation, an entire language are influenced by James Bhai’s songs.”

The two artistes also talked about meeting after a long time. Rupam said that although she was supposed to meet James in Bangladesh in 2007, it didn’t
happen. Later, in 2011, they took the stage together for the first time at the ‘Dhaka Rock Fest’.

In the video, James said, “This time we will have a lot to talk about. We will have time, we will talk, we will hang out.”
