Akram Hossain elected Mercantile Bank risk committee chairman

Sponsor Director Al-Haj Akram Hossain (Humayun) has been elected Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Mercantile Bank PLC at the 490th Board Meeting of the bank held at its Head Office recently.

He has previously served as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the bank at different times, according to a media release.
