Honda(bd) to expand its export in Mexico with HONDA NX200
Bangladesh Honda Private Limited, a joint venture between Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation (State Own Corporation) under The Ministry of Industries, The Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and Honda Motor Company Limited, Japan announced the expansion of its export business with the commencement of motorcycle exports to Mexico, marking another significant milestone in the company’s global business journey.
Following the export of Honda motorcycles to Guatemala, Bangladesh Honda Private Limited is now continuously expending its international footprint by exporting the Honda NX200, reaffirming its commitment to delivering motorcycles that meet Honda’s global quality standards.
This achievement reflects Bangladesh Honda Private Limited’s continued dedication to contributing to Bangladesh’s economic development by increasing export diversification, promoting local manufacturing, strengthening the local supply chain, and creating employment opportunities.
It also demonstrates the growing capability of Bangladesh’s motorcycle industry to supply high-quality products to international markets.
The export of the Honda NX200 to Mexico represents another important step in Honda’s global strategy of utilizing production capabilities across its worldwide manufacturing network while reinforcing Bangladesh’s position as an emerging export hub for reliable motorcycles.
Dr. Md. Sakirul Islam Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (Secretary Status), Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, was present as the Chief Guest.
