Premier Bank adds Tk 3,003cr deposits recovers Tk 769cr in 60 days

Under the “Special Deposit & Recovery Campaign 2026,” The Premier Bank PLC successfully raised Tk 3,003 crore in new deposits within just 60 working days, from April 1 to June 30, 2026.

In addition, the Bank achieved a cash recovery of approximately Tk 769 crore against non-performing loans during the period from January to June 30, 2026.

Dr. Arifur Rahman, Chairman of The Premier Bank PLC, stated that the success of the Special Deposit & Recovery Campaign 2026 reflects the active participation of employees at all levels and the continued trust and confidence of the Bank’s valued customers.

He also reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer service through sustainable growth and responsible banking practices.

Managing Director Md. Monzur Mofiz emphasized the importance of further accelerating deposit mobilization efforts and called upon all c0oncerned to make the upcoming deposit campaigns even more successful.
