After ‘Siir Siir’ on WC stage, Sanjoy, Nora return with ‘Champion’

Following the electrifying performance of the official World Cup (WC) song ‘Siir Siir’ by Sanjoy Deb and Nora Fatehi at the tournament’s opening ceremony, the track sparked excitement among audiences around the world.

Football and music lovers alike have been dancing to its rhythm, and the craze surrounding the song continues.

Now, Bangladeshi-American DJ, singer, and music composer Sanjoy Deb and Bollywood star Nora Fatehi are back with another exciting collaboration. Their new song, Champion, is set to be released on June 29.

Speaking about the track, Sanjoy said, “Champion is a song about victory, celebration, and self-confidence. It’s not just about winning a game-it celebrates every achievement and every success earned after overcoming life’s challenges. We want people to feel inspired and empowered when they hear it. Champion will give everyone the feeling of being a winner.”

In addition to performing the song, Sanjoy also wrote the lyrics, composed the music, and served as the music director for Champion. He revealed that work on the song had been underway for the past two months. According to him, both he and Nora had planned to release it during the World Cup season.

Even before its release, Sanjoy and Nora have been actively promoting Champion on social media. In her latest Facebook post, Nora wrote, “Guys, are you all ready for Champion?” Her posts have further heightened fans’ excitement and anticipation for the song.
