‘Lifeline’ connected to my personal life: Mim

The web film Lifeline, which revolves around the emotional complexities of a father-daughter relationship, has been released to audiences. Since its release, the film’s story and the performances of its cast have deeply touched viewers.

A special screening of Lifeline was held on the evening of June 25 at the Liberation War Museum Auditorium in the capital. The event was attended by the film’s cast and crew, journalists, and content creators.

After the screening, popular actress Bidya Sinha Mim became emotional while sharing her thoughts and experiences about the film.

Mim said, “This story is connected to my personal life because my parents are also growing older. They, too, fall ill from time to time. This happens in everyone’s life.

While portraying the character of Anannya, I felt the same emotions. So, I didn’t have to make any extra effort to get into the character.

Those who have watched the film after its release have highly praised it. I’m very sure that everyone who watches Lifeline will love it.”

While relating the emotional core of the film and its portrayal of a father-daughter relationship to her own real-life experiences, she could not hold back her tears.
