Haimanti’s 2 new original songs released in a row

Haimanti Rakshit Das is a beloved artiste among the new generation of music-loving listeners in this country. Her sweet and melodious voice always captivates the audience.

It can be said that after quite a break, Haimanti gifted her fans and listeners with two new original songs.

‘Ogo Mor Priya’ is a song written by Ahmed Rizvi and composed and also arranged by Imran Mahmudul, and the other song is ‘Tumi Aamar Mukh Dekhar e Ayna’.

The song is written and composed by Rohan Raj. Two songs that have already been released on YouTube.

Haimanti is getting a good response for the two songs. Because of the two songs she sang with two popular musicians of the time. Both are National Film Award-winning musicians.

They are – Imran Mahmudul and Belal Khan.
The first song features Haimanti’s co-artiste Imran and the second song features her co-artiste Belal Khan.

Haimanti Rakshit told this correspondent, “I try to release my own original songs. But overall, it doesn’t always work out.

Because releasing original songs these days is quite challenging. And releasing good original songs is even more challenging.

Even so, during this difficult time, I had two original songs released in a row, again with Imran and Belal – this is a really big deal for me.

I am grateful to them. After the song was released with Imran, it received a huge response from the audience.

And with Belal, I’m getting a pretty good response little by little with my sweet, melodious songs. Plans are underway to release some more original songs in the future.”

Haimanti was fortunate enough to sing an original song under the direction of Runa Laila. This is a great achievement for her in one lifetime.

Haimanti’s debut in singing is to Bani Kumar Chowdhury. After that, she took singing lessons from Basu Dev and many others.

Her professional journey in the world of music began with the release of the album ‘Dakpion’ in 1994 when Haimanti was just a fifth-grader.
