Schools, Colleges reopen
Academic activities across the country are set to resume on Sunday as schools and colleges reopen following the Eid-ul-Azha and summer holiday period.
Madrasas under different levels, however, will restart classes on June 14.
According to the academic calendar, classes in schools and colleges were last held on May 21 before the Eid holidays began. The break continued until June 4, followed by weekly holidays on June 5 and June 6, resulting in a total closure of 16 days for students.
Madrasas also went on holiday after classes on May 21, with the break continuing until June 11. With weekly holidays on June 12 and June 13, their academic activities resume on June 14, making it a 23-day break for madrasa students.
The reopening marks the return of regular academic activities nationwide after an extended holiday period.
