Woman body recovered from residential hotel in Dhaka

Police have recovered the body of a 29-year-old woman, Tania Nabi, from a residential hotel on Green Road in the capital.

The body was found on Thursday (April 23) at around 12:30 PM in the bathroom of Hotel Rupsha International, located under Kalabagan Police Station.

Officers from Kalabagan Police Station recovered the body in the afternoon.

According to police sources, no visible injury marks were found on the body.

The deceased, Tania Nabi, was a resident of Gabor Boalichhar village in Ishwarganj Upazila of Mymensingh district. Her father’s name is Nur Nabi and her mother’s name is Shamima Akhter.

Police have not yet confirmed the cause of death, and further investigation is underway.
