Champa going to Hajj

Gulshan Ara Akhter Champa, once popular and talented actress of Dhallywood, is going to Saudi Arabia to perform the holy Hajj. She herself has said that her family members will also be with her.

In this regard, Champa said, “Babita Apa and Suchanda Apa have already performed Hajj. I couldn’t then. My opportunity has come. If Allah wills it, I will perform Hajj this year. I will also take my brother with me.” Champa started her career as a model.

She then caught the attention of the audience by acting in television dramas. Later, she made her debut as a heroine on the big screen in 1985 with the film ‘Tin Konya’ directed by Shibli Sadik. She attracted the attention of the audience and the industry in her first film.
