Bank Asia Securities Limited held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on this week at the Bank Asia PLC boardroom, BijoySarani, in the city.
Presiding over the meeting was Romana Rouf Chowdhury, Chairman of Bank Asia Securities Limited.
The meeting was attended by directors Professor M Shahjahan Mina, Sohail R K Hussain, A N M Mahfuz, and Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil, FCA; and executives Sumon Das (CEO), MdAnisulAlamSarker (Company Secretary), and MdNahidRaza (Head of Finance).
