Dithi preserves her father’s legacy through a YouTube Channel

Dithi Anwar, daughter of renowned lyricist and film personality Gazi Mazharul Anwar, has been following the musical path set by her father for many years.

She is currently working on preserving her late father’s vast body of work.

Dithi shared that her father had written 17 songs for her, several of which she has already recorded.

A YouTube channel in Gazi Mazharul Anwar’s name will be launched, and the channel will debut with the release of one of these songs.

Dithi has many plans for this channel, intending to introduce her father’s life, work, and memories to a new generation.

She said that her father’s long and illustrious career could never be fully covered in a lifetime.

Through this channel, his creations will be preserved. She also wishes to release his old songs with new musical arrangements and has many other plans for the channel.

She hopes to start the channel with at least one of her father’s songs sung by her, ideally by Eid.
