Rainbow Aid organises rally on Int’l Day

Rainbow Aid Bangladesh has organised a rally in Banaripara, Barishal on the occasion of the International Day for Older Persons.
The day was celebrated recently with the theme “Journey to Equality.”
The rally was jointly brought out by Rainbow Aid Bangladesh and the Shakharaya Elderly Welfare Association, Banaripara.

Later, a discussion meeting was also held at the Shakharaya Jul Asfiya Madrasa auditorium, presided over by Advocate M. A. Jalil Hawlader, President of the Upazila Elderly Welfare Association. Distinguished members of the association delivered speeches at the event.
Two individuals were honored with the “Compassionate Male” and “Compassionate Female” awards in the event.
K. M. Masud, Executive Director of Rainbow Aid Bangladesh, handed over the crests to the individuals.
