BAU Vice-Chancellor highlights high-tech climate-Smart Agriculture at GHAN Forum

Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A.K. Fazlul Haque Bhuiyan participated in the Global High-Tech Climate-Smart Agricultural University Network (GHAN) international workshop held in South Korea.
The three-day workshop, which concludes today, brought together global experts to discuss high-tech and sustainable agricultural practices.
During the GHAN Roundtable Panel Discussion session, Professor Dr. Bhuiyan, as BAU’s candidate for the South Asia Regional Hub, delivered a speech focusing on the promotion of high-tech and sustainable agriculture, as well as climate-smart agricultural issues in university education and research.
BAU’s Focal Point, Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Alam Bhuiyan, and Mr. Mojibur Rahman, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Education, are also attending the program.
By participating in this international forum, BAU aims to further strengthen its global standing in promoting technology-driven, climate-resilient agricultural practices.
