Mojnus’ 5th death anniv today

Today (Saturday, 19th July) is the 5th death anniversary of renowned industrialist Alhaj Sheikh Mojnu. He died on 19th July, 2020.

He was the founder, chairman of Akankha Group and was a permanent member of Khulna Club, Gulshan North Club and Gulshan Society.

Sheikh Mojnu had established MadinatulUloomMohammadiQawmi Madrasa & Orphanage, MasjideQuba, Modern Old-age Home, many schools, colleges, madrasas, play grounds and various organisations. He has also donated lands for Daulatpur Collegiate School.

As a politician, he was a successful commissioner for three times in Khulna City corporation. He was also a good sports patronizer.
