Warm cloth distributed in Kurigram

Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) has distributed warm clothes among 1010 cold wave victim households of Buraburi, Hatia and Thetrai union with the support of Save the Children. The support for each household was 2 blankets, 2 sweaters for children, and 1 shawl for women.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (in charge) Kazi Mahmudur Rahman, representatives of Save the Children Md. Tajmul Islam and Md. Sarowar Hossin, Deputy Director of MJSKS Shyamal Chandra Sarker, Union Chairman, and members were present in the distribution point. Upazila Nirbahi Officer (in charge) thanks both organizations and states that the support will be helpful for the poor people.
He also recommends continuous support as there are more victims of the cold wave in the sub-district.
