Orion Pharma declares 10pc cash dividend

Orion Pharma Limited held its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through a digital platform on Thursday.
The meeting was attended by Mohammad Obaidul Karim, Chairman; s Zareen Karim, Managing Director; s Arzuda Karim, Director; Salman Obaidul Karim, Director; ANM Abul Kashem and Major General Md Zahirul Islam, BSP, SGP, ndc, psc (LPR), Independent Directors; Md Ferdous Jaman, Company Secretary; and s Monowara Khatoon, Acting Chief Financial Officer.
In the presence of a significant number of shareholders on the digital platform, the audited financial statements for the financial year 2023-2024 were presented.
The shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements in the AGM.
The declaration of a 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2024 was also approved in the AGM.
