BINA regional research planning workshop in Rangpur

The Regional Research Planning Workshop-2024 was held at Bangladesh Atomic Agriculture Research Institute (BINA), Rangpur sub-centre.
Dr. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Bina research coordinator, presided over the workshop on the financing of the Unorganised Revenue Sector on Monday morning. Regional Additional Director of Rangpur Agricultural Extension Department Md. Obaidur Rahman Mondal was the special guest.
Deputy Director of Agriculture Extension Department Md. Riaz Uddin, Rangpur Agricultural Training Institute Principal Md. Belal Uddin Bina Rangpur Sub-Centre Officer-in-Charge Dr. Muhammad Ali, Rangpur Horticulture Center Deputy Director Dr. Md. Abu Sayem, Agri entrepreneur spoke among others. Md. Maqbul Hossain, Bina Scientific Officer, Md. Mahmudul Hossain and Motabber Rahman, Tanzila Nasreen Trina etc.
To initiate research activities by taking opinions about Bina varieties and technology from all the field level officials in the said plant. The Department of Crop Extension is informed about the new Bina varieties and technology.
The Deputy Directors of Agriculture Extension Directorate of all districts of Rangpur Division, Upazila Agricultural Workers of Rangpur District were present. Representatives of Bari, Bri, Jute, BADC and Agricultural Information Service were also present.
