IDLC declares 15pc cash dividend

The IDLC Finance Limited, country’s leading non-bank financial institution declared a 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the year of 2023.

The earnings per share (EPS) of the company fell by 21% to Tk3.64 in the last year while it was Tk 4 61 in previous year, according to a statement filed on the Dhaka bourse on Tuesday.

To secure shareholders approval for audited financial and dividend, IDLC will conduct an annual general meeting that is scheduled on 29 April and the record date has been fixed on April 4.
