Mashrafe not to play in BPL Cricket

Mashrafe Bin Moratza will not play in this year’s Ispahani Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket. The veteran all-rounder played five matches for Sylhet Strikers in the ongoing BPL Cricket. After getting the post of Whip of Bangladesh National Parliament, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is really busy. Besides, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has been suffering from pain in his knee. He played for Sylhet Strikers with his injury problem. After all the matters, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has taken leisure. The authority of Sylhet Strikers confirmed that Mashrafe Bin Mortaza will not play in the rest of the matches for Sylhet Strikers in BPL Cricket.
Head Coach of Sylhet Strikers Rajin Saleh said, ” There is a few chance for Mashrafe to return to BPL Cricket. He is very much busy with his office. So, he cannot play in this year’s BPL Cricket for Sylhet Strikers. He may comeback next year. We always talk to him. He has suggested us to do well in the BPL Cricket. He has kept in touch with the Team Management of Sylhet Strikers.”
Sylhet Striker won three matches out of nine matches in this year’s BPL Cricket. Rajin Saleh hopes Sylhet Strikers will move into the play-off stage of this year’s BPL Cricket.
Rajin Saleh said, ” I hope we shall win rest of the three matches and will take place in playoff phase. We won three matches. I am optimistic. We shall play rest of the three matches to win. Let us see. From the very beginning our target was to qualify in the play-off phase. But now it is a tough task to comeback.”
After conceding defeat in five consecutive matches, Rajin said, ” T20 cricket match is a game of momentum. We cannot realize the momentum from the starting. Our top order batters faced collapse in the maximum matches. So, we are now far away from the play-off stage. Now we have settled our batting performance. So, we won the three matches.”
