Teen gang, biker group unabated in Mirzapur

Members of juvenile gangs and biker groups have become active in villages and neighborhoods in Tangail’s Mirzapur. Members of biker groups and juvenile gangs are involved in criminal activities. These terrorists of the youth gang group are committing crimes by riding bikes. Members of this group are known as biker groups. Members of this group are easily found for committing crimes with bikes.
It has been alleged that the members of the law and order forces are also helpless towards them. Teenagers of rising age are involved in these crimes. The members of this group are involved in various crimes of the society including reckless driving of motorcycles in groups on the highways, molestation of school-college girls, theft, robbery, extortion, fights, drug trade and kidnapping. Parents are worried about school and college going girls. Today Saturday (January 13) after searching in different areas of the upazila, such a picture has emerged.
In this regard, the newly elected Member of Parliament Khan Ahmed Shubo MP has given a strict message to take action against the criminals involved in drug dealing, river and hill cutting, extortionists and eve-teasing. He announced to make Mirzapur an ideal upazila and will not spare the criminals under any circumstances. The administration along with the law and order forces has been directed to arrest the members of the youth gang groups along with the development of law and order and eradication of drugs. Such a strong message from the new MP has restored confidence among the parents. People want to see the implementation of this message of the MP as soon as possible. Investigations have revealed that the crime of youth gangs and biker groups has been increasing for a long time. Members of teenage gangs and biker groups are committing various crimes in different spots of Mirzapur Municipality, Mahera, Jamurki, Fatepur, Banail, Anaitara, Bhatgram, Warshi, Bhaora, Bahuria, Latifpur, Gogai, Azgana, Tarafpur and Banstail. 3-4 people on a bike took over the road and created terror by driving the motorcycle in different positions. In this gap, innocent people are taken hostage, robbed and put in jail.
