DU admission: 2,81,831 to fight for 6050 seats

A total of 2,81,831 admission seekers applied for tests for the academic year 2023-24 of five different units including Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University (DU) against 6,050 seats this year.

The deadline of application for Arts, Law and Social Science unit; Science unit; Business Studies unit and Fine Arts unit has already been finished, but the IBA application process is underway which will continue till 22 January.

Among them, a number of 1,12,225 admission seekers applied for the Science (Ka) unit against 1,851 seats. At least 60 admission seekers will compete for a seat in this unit.

In the case of Arts, Law and Social Sciences (Kha unit), a total of 1,22,080 candidates submitted applications for the test against 2,934 seats. In that case, 41 admission seekers will vie for a seat in this unit.
