The 28th Annual General Meeting of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited held on Sunday, 31 December, 2023 at 12.00 am at Digital Platform. Mr. SayeedRezarajAhmmad, Directorpresided over the meeting.

Mr. Md. ShaheedHossainTanjil, Nominee Director, Mr. Narayan Roy, FCA,Independent Director, Mr. Mohammad Hamidur Rashid, FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Rafiquzzaman Bhuiyan, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ahmed Monabbi, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Md. Abdul Halim Thakur, Company Secretary along with a large number of valued shareholders were present in the Meeting by Zoom.

In the Meeting, Shareholders unanimously approved 2% cash dividend for the all shareholders other than Sponsors and Directors for the year ended 30 June, 2023 and also passed other agenda of the meeting.
