National Youth Day observed in districts

The National Youth Day-2023 was observed in various districts in the country on Wednesday.

With the aim of building ‘Sonar Bangla’ as dreamt by Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and keeping in mind the efficiency, creativity, self-confidence and enthusiasm of the youths, this year’s theme of the day is “Smart Jubo Sammridha Desh, Bangabandhur Bangladesh”.

Marking the day, district administration and the Department of Youth Development (DYD) and other institutions chalked out elaborate programmes in the districts.

On the occasion, discussion, meeting, award distribution programme, seminar was held of the Deputy Commissioner office in different districts on Wednesday, Member of Parliament, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police, Municipality Mayor , Director of Youth Development Department, District Women Affairs Officer among others, spoke on the occasion.
