RAB says it will go after those involved in violence
News Desk :
The Rapid Action Battalion says it has started working to bring to justice those involved in violent clashes with police during the BNP’s rally in Dhaka.
The elite force’s intelligence wing is gathering evidence, including media footage and CCTV recordings, to identify and apprehend those involved in violence, the RAB said in a statement on Saturday evening, reports bdnews24.com
It said assailants attacked people in parts of the capital, including Kakrail, Naya Paltan, Motijheel, and Fakirapul, and vandalised and torched public and private vehicles.
They also assaulted media personnel on duty and vandalised CCTV cameras installed on different roads, the elite force added.
