Brazil legend footballer Ronaldinho in Dhaka

Legend footballer of Brazil Ronaldinho reached Dhaka on Wednesday.

He arrived at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the city at 3.00pm from Kolkata, the former capital city of India.

After completing all formalities at the Airport, he went to Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel Dhaka. He took rest there.

The aristocratic hotel was totally prepared to receive the Brazil football legend. It may be mentioned that Ronaldinho was a member of Brazil Football team, which clinched the FIFA World Cup, the most prestigious football meet of the whole world.

The authority of Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel decorated the Hotel with banners, festoons and boards.

After taking rest at the Hotel, Ronaldinho called on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban, the Prime Ministers Office in the city. After that he spoke to the journalists.

Captain of Bangladesh Football team Jamal Bhuyan, Captain of Bangladesh Women’s Football team Sabina Khatun met with Ronaldinho.

Earlier, goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez of Argentina arrived in Dhaka on July 3. Martinez is one of the key players of Argentina, which won the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Sports Promoter of India Satadru Dutta brought Martinez in Dhaka. He also fetched Ronaldinho in Dhaka.

Ronaldinho was scheduled to leave Dhaka on Wednesday mid-night.
