Dry weather with partly cloudy sky likely

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted mainly dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky at places in the country, in the next 24 hours commencing 9am on Saturday.

“Rain or thunder shower is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur and Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country,” said a met office bulletin on Saturday morning.

However, day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, reports BSS.

Country’s maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 36.0 degrees Celsius at Khulna, while Saturday’s minimum temperature was 21.9 degrees Celsius at Tangail.
