BD Women’s Cricket team advance to Asian Games semi-final

Bangladesh Women’s Cricket team advanced to the semi-final after a washout in the quarter-final match against Hong Kong at Zhejiang University of Technology Cricket Field on Friday.

The fourth quarter-final was abandoned without a ball being played due to persistent rain at the venue.

The Tigresses qualified to the next round on virtue of being the higher-ranked side.

Bangladesh will face India in a semi-final match on September 24. Pakistan and Sri Lanka will square off in the second semi-final match. The final will be held on Monday, September 25 at the same venue.
