Bangamata’s 93rd birth anniv observed in Dubai

Bangladesh Consulate General in Dubai, United Arab Emirates organized a discussion meeting on the occasion of the 93rd birthday of Bangamata Fazilatunnesa Mujib on Tuesday.

It was presided over by the Consul General of Dubai and Northern Emirates B.M. Jamal Hossain.

Md. Abdus Salam, Counsilor labour welfare of the Consulate read out the message given by His Excellency the President of Bangladesh on the occasion of Bangmata’s birthday.

And Second Secretary Mohammad Mozaffar Hossain read the Prime Minister’s speech.

Among others, Commercial counsilor kamrul islam, Dubai Awami League President Delwar Hossain CIP and leaders of Awami League and other organizations spoke on the occasion.

Leaders of Bangladeshi community also spoke. The speakers highlighted the various contributions of the noble woman Bangamata Begum Fazilatunnessa Mujib in her life. In the event, prayers were offered for the forgiveness of the soul of Bangamata.
