Anniv of Indigent Welfare Foundation held

The first decade anniversary function of the ” Indigent Women, Men and Children Welfare Foundation ‘ was held at the Golden Touch Community Center on Agrabad Access Road in Chattogram on Friday .
Chittagong City Corporation Mayor Bir Muktijoddha Alhaj M Rezaul Karim Chowdhury was present as the chief guest. Alhaj Abul Bashar Abu, Chairman and CEO of Bashar Group, prominent industrialist, educationist and social worker, was the keynote speaker.
The City Mayor said that the economic prosperity of the country will be accelerated if the poor women, men and children can be transformed into skilled manpower through various types of technical training. He called on various service foundations to stand by the helpless women, men and children. Chief negotiator Abul Bashar Abu said in his speech, if helpless women, men and children can be turned into human resources with technical skills according to their age and abilit.
