BD Women’s Football team to play FIFA friendly against Mongolia

Bangladesh Women’s Football team will play two FIFA International friendly matches against Mongolia Women’s Football team in Mongolia in July during the ‘FIFA Window’. The date yet to be finalised.
It is noteworthy that Bangladesh Women’s Football team emerged the champions of the SAFF Women’s Championship in Nepal last year. After the achievement, members of Bangladesh Women’s Football team have been passing an idle time. They cannot take part in any international football tournament or play any international football matches. It is any every chance that the members of Bangladesh Women’s Football team become frustrated. So, the Bangladesh Football Federation has decided that Bangladesh Women’s Football team will play two FIFA International friendly matches. Chairperson of Women’s Wing Committee of BFF Mahfuza Akter Kiron said, ” We gave proposal to Mongolian Football Federation to play two FIFA International friendly matches between Bangladesh Women’s Football team and Mongolian Women’s Football team in Bangladesh during the ‘FIFA Window’ in July. But the Mongolian Football Federation is not interested that Mongolian Women’s Football team will play here. Mongolian Football Federation proposed us to arrange FIFA International friendly matches in Mongolia. We are agreed with that Federation. Though in July, Mongolia’s weather conditions is cold, we shall send our Women’s Football team in Mongolia to play two FIFA International friendly matches.”
Earlier, it was scheduled that Bangladesh Women’s Football team will play FIFA International friendly matches against Singapore Women’s Football team during the ‘FIFA Window’. But the schedule was went into vain at the last moment.
” We tried our level best to arrange FIFA International friendly matches between Bangladesh Women’s Football team and Singapore Women’s Football. But it didn’t see the light. We don’t want to miss the ‘FIFA Window’ this time,” Kiron added.
