DC, land officials visits Rathkhola pond

Recently the environmentalists and locals and Mohila Parishad staged demonstration in Rathkhola, demanding steps to protect a pond and field in the area from illegal encroachment.
Under the banners of Save the environment protect movement, they formed a human chain near the pond and called for punishment to those involved in filling the century -old pond
Later,on 16,May, the new nation reporting on consumers related ‘ Protection of Rathkhola pond from encroaches demanded ‘.
ADC(Revenue l & DS Md.Nuruzzaman, Sadar uno Mohammad Ali Siddique, AC land Rafiqul Islam, NDC & Magistrate and land officials were also present.
