16 expelled in SSC exam of Barishal Board

Total 1 thousand 193 candidates were absent and 16 candidates have been expelled in SSC exam English (compulsory) second paper in Barishal education board on Sunday.

Professor Arun Kumar Gain, Examination Controller of Barishal Education Board (BEB) confirmed the matter on Sunday (May 7) afternoon.
He said that a total 84 thousand 996 examinees out of 86 thousand 189 candidates were participated in the examination on Sunday in 190 examination centers in 6 districts of the division.As a result, the number of absences is 1 thousand 193 people and its rate is 1.38 percent.
According to BEB sources, Barishal district has the highest number of absentees at 345. Then there are 275 people in Patuakhali district, 205 people in Bhola, 141 people in Pirojpur, 117 people in Barguna and 110 people in Jhalkathi.

On the other hand, 10 candidates were expelled in Bhola district, 3 candidates in Barisal district, 2 candidates in Barguna district and 1 candidate in Patuakhali district.
