Huge drugs recovery in Bhairab, drug dealer arrested

The members of RAB-14 have arrested a drug ” dealer with 254 kg of hems, 67 bottles of phensidyl, 209 bottles of scaff and 35 bottles of foreign liquor from a residence in Bhairab port town of Kishoreganj on Friday morning.
Drug dealers are Amir Hamza alais in Chandib area of Bhairab town.
According to RAB sources, a raiding team of RAB-14, conducted a raid on a tin shed in Chandib’s Dakshin Para area of Bhairab police station on Thursday midnight to 4 am on Friday morning.
At this time, drug dealer Amir Hamza alias Bagha Babu was arrested.
After searching his residence, 254 kg of hems , 67 bottles of phensidyl, 209 bottles of scaff and 35 bottles of foreign liquor were recovered.
A case was field in this connection with Bhairab model police station.
Farmer killed in Karimganj
A farmer was killed by his rival groups at kalatoli village in Karimganj upazila of Kishoreganj on Friday evening over land dispute.
The victim was identified as Sirajul Islam (50), son of late Abdul Motalib in kalatoli of Karimganj upazila..
Locals and Victim’s family members recovery and sent to Karimganj upazila health centre, while duty doctor declared him dead.
