Premier Cement approved 10pc Cash Dividend: The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Premier Cement Mills PLC (PCM) held through virtually on Tuesday under the Chairmanship of Mohammad Mustafa Haider, Chairman of the company. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2022 by the shareholders in the meeting. Managing Director of the company Mohammed Amirul Haque gave a brief summary of Directors’ Report and replied various queries of shareholders. Md Jahangir Alam, Md.
