Investigation report submits against Fakirhat UNO

An Enquiry Team formed by Bagerhat district Administration in order to conduct an investigation into an allegation against Md. Manwar Hossain, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Fakirhat in Bagerhat district on the charge of slapping Shaikh Mizanur Rahman. a local Awami League leader and former Vic-chairman of Fakirhat Upazila Parishad and forcibly lifting him ino his (UNO) jeep. After conducting the investigation the (enquiry) report submitted to Mohammad Azizur Rahman, DC, Bagerhat on Sunday by the Enquiry Team headed by Mohammad Ariful Islam, ADC (General), Bagerhat.
But Mohammad Ariful Islam, ADC who was the head of the Enquiry Team did not disclose the facts and findings of the report. He told, I investigated into the matter as per the direction of the higher authorities and investigation report was already submitted to Mohammad Azizur Rahman, DC, Bagerhat. He added, there is no scope for disclosing the facts and findings of the report.
