Police arrested a young man named Raju Ahmed Sajib (19) for taking part in the recruitment examination for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable by forging the signature and seal of Superintendent of Police (SP) in Kishoreganj.
Accused Raju Ahamed Sajib is son of Samsu Uddin of Char -Jinari village in Hossainpur upazila of Kishoreganj.
According to SP Office , from March 4 to March 6, physical ability verification and document verification were held at Kishoreganj Police Lines ground for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable. The candidate Raju participated in the exam. However, on March 5, he failed in other tests including physical.
So he forged the signature of SP and entered the Police Lines on Monday with a fake entry card. He was arrested because the original signature and seal of SP and the Additional SP of Narayanganj were identical. During interrogation, he admitted to cheating by forging signatures and seals.
Additional SP (Sadar) Mohammad Al-Amin said that, Raju systematically cheated and cheated in recruitment exams.
A case was filed in this connection with Kishoreganj Model Police Station on charges of forgery and fraud of signature and seal of Superintendent of Police.
Youth Raju was sent to Kishoreganj district jail.
