Rangpur, Dhaka confirm last four in basketball of Youth Games

Rangpur and Dhaka division’s girls moved semifinal of the Sheikh Kamal Second Bangladesh Youth Games basketball eliminating their respective rivals was held on Wednesday at army controlled basketball court of Bangladesh Army Stadium.
In the day’s first match, Rangpur division emerged as the group A champions after beating Rajshahi division by 31-19 points, while Dhaka division confirmed their spot of last four as group B runners-up after beating Mymensingh division by 32-14 points in the day’s second match.
Meanwhile, Khulna division will take on Chattogram division in the first semifinal, while Dhaka face Rangpur in the second semis. Both the matches will be held tomorrow at the same venue.
