Stop stressing students about exam results
Thomas Alva Edison said, “Tomorrow is my exam but I don’t care because a single sheet of paper can’t decide my future”. Considering the current situation, it is important to remember this saying; GPA-5 of exam results cannot determine students’ future.
Many students may not get a GPA-5 due to minor mistakes but with hard work, it is possible to establish yourself without GPA-5. A student is usually more worried about the exam result so in that case the student should be encouraged in that situation regardless of the result. But it is seen that a student is often subjected to pressure from family and relatives due to bad results in exams or not getting GPA-5 in exams. As a result, many times students take wrong decisions like suicide which is not expected at all.
These days when results are published, social media or newspaper pages are filled with news of suicides after not getting GPA-5 in the exam. We all should realize that life is worth much more than exam results.
Let’s all be aware, and build resistance against suicide. Everyone in the family should understand that exam results are not everything in life, stop putting pressure on your child.

Addiction to social media
The present age is the world of modern information and technology. In this era, the proper use of technology is essential to keep oneself on the path of development in keeping with the world. Nowadays social media (Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, WhatsApp) has become the only means of communication with people. Every action has pros and cons. There was a time when I woke up in the morning and went to school, in the afternoon sports in the field, stories with family and friends, reading books and travelling were the tranquillity of life.
But the current generation is getting overly addicted to Facebook. Now everyone uses mobile instead of talking even if they sit and chat. As a result, there is no mental development or free thinking. Even good relations with family and neighbourhood are destroyed and juvenile gangs are on the rise. So there is no substitute for awareness in order to make our generation skilled human resources.
