Obituary

Madhukhali (Faridpur) Correspondent Businessman Akbar Hussain Khalifa (72) passed away in a hospital in Singapore inthe early hours of Monday (February 20) . He resident was at West Mahishapur village of Ward 1 of Madhukhali Municipality of Madhukhali Upazila of Faridpur .
Beside a prominent businessman, he was the chairman of several coaching centers including Udbhas and UnmeshHe is survived by his wife, six sons and two daughters, grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. His body was buried in the family cemetery after offering prayers at Mahishapur Paschimpara new Eidgah ground on Wednesday .
Madhukhali Mayor Khandkar Morshed Rahman Limon along with thousands of Muslims and local dignitaries were present in the funeral ceremony.
