Contractors assaulted Project Director

Project Director Engineer Md.Golam Yazdani’s room was vandalized by some angry contractors. At that time, the Project Director was in that room. He has been working in the development Project worth Tk 2.5 billion of Chittagong City Corporation (CCC).
The incident happened on Sunday afternoon at his Chasik building Office on the fourth floor in Tiger-pass of the city.
At this time, the project manager’s nameplate, the glass of the table was broken by the contractors.
City Mayor’s Private Secretary Muhammad Abul Hashem told the New Nation that some contractors attacked the Project Director’s Office. Police visited the spot. The process of taking legal action is going on in this case.
City Mayor M Rezaul Karim Chowdhury said that the Project Director was beaten and abused. TV and table glass was broken. We will definitely take action. The CCTV cameras are being reviewed to see the involved persons .
